First off... let me say.... I used this random number generator, and it picked 67 and then 68. I thought it wasn't working, so I picked another and it was a random number. SO to be sure, I picked a fourth number. It was random as well. I can only conclude it was coincidence that pulled two consecutive numbers randomly one after the other. So I will be giving out prizes to all 4 winners, in the order the numbers were drawn.
