Day 18

Ham and eggs for dinner and quiche for lunch.  

Use the basic quiche recipe I posted previously here http://allrecipes.com/recipe/21551/quick-quiche/?internalSource=recipe%20hub&referringId=150&referringContentType=recipe%20hub

I added a cup of sliced mushrooms sautéed in butter and a cup of sliced spinich.  It turned out great.  You will need to cook it 10 minutes longer than the recipe says due to the water content in the mushrooms and spinich.
